How to identify stomach tuberculosis at early stage with symptoms

Yes I am fine now I have beaten the chronic tuberculosis and would soon be living normal life but with certain care, because after treatment there are some complications too. I would write about it in a different article about what complications I am facing after treatment.
But for now we would look for early symptoms with can help you identify it and get treated with medication without going to surgery.
So it started all around 2020 work from home culture came due to covid 19 everybody were working from, I too was working from home as a part-timer call center agent and doing my college work.
Suddenly while I was working gases started to pass one by one and it was smelling really bad, few minutes later I went to washroom to pass stool.
But the stool was black color and after passing it, I was feeling low on energy and breathlessness. I closed my system opt for sick leave and went to sleep that was the symptom which showed I am delayed and it is getting chronic.
After few days situation was same pain was often stool was little blackish and I was loosing my weight rapidly. Than after few month I went to gastroenterology doctor and got myself treated and doctor told I was late and I won't survive without surgery.
This were the signs which showed I was late but the early sign which I missed were. A death in my family my aunt died from MDRT. Which we were not aware.
After that I was eating a lot but I was not able to gain any weight and I have started to loose weight even after eating normally.
There were lots of bowels sound and gas sound even I was walking, sleeping or doing any normal or random stuffs. In my case the initial symptom was gas which was more often to me as compare to normal people.
After few days the hunger sensation stopped and I was not feeling hungry and could seat without eating for more than 24 hours. From here till black stool it took one year than I we to doctor for check up.
If you have any symptoms than get yourself tested and consult doctor, because at early stage it can be cured by medication don't be late like me.
