Doctors told I have cancer and I would die with in 6 months
Hi my name is kaushal computer science graduate and currently jobless. I like to write and share how I overcame this chronic disease and help out others to overcome.
So it was back in 2019 covid 19 hit and we were all stuck at home isolating ourselves from others and work from home culture was introduced by that time and everything college , school and offices were working from.
I to was working partime in a call center as a customer service agent and continuing my college. But working from home was like you are at home only why don't you work little or join meeting after login hours, it was headache and tourcher.
I started to skip my breakfast and directly had my lunches around 1 afternoon. Work started around 9 and we have pre meeting to join 30 minutes before that also system take atleast 20 minutes to on.
Soon it was like an habit for me I dont know about others. But since than I started to loose weight which was unnoticed and had some acidity and gastric issued related indigestion.
But suddenly one day gastric issue continued for long and was feeling full also, then I went to washroom to pass stool and it was black color stool. I was litreally shocked but when I came from washroom I was feeling low on energy and some pain was there in the stomach.
The pain continued for 2 to 3 days which was not relaxing then I was to normal allopathic doctor for checkup and some treatment for the pain. But doctor told it was shocking that the black stool that I passed it was blood mainly malena. Was advised to eat normal diet avoid spicy and oily food and some medicine was even given.
The thing worked I was on normal diet, but I was loosing weight and suddenly after 3 months pain started and had to rush to gastroenterology doctor for treatment.
Now the doctor advised to take various test, some blood test and even he planned for endoscopy to check inside the stomach what is exactly wrong.
Test reports came nothing was normal and was heavily malnourished and in endoscopy to it was found that I had ulcer near dudeoderm, which is the reason gas is not passing and I am having issue with stomach and was given some medicine and was told to visit after 1 month with ct scan.
After one month with the CT scan reports we visited again and in that CT scan reports he found that pancreas was swollen due to which dudeoderm is blocking. Afterwards he told me to go out and wait and told my mom to wait in the cabin.
He told my mom your son has six months left with him he is going to die and he has rare disease of pancreas cancer which is not cure able with medicine and surgery is option but he won't be able to live normal life and chances of surviving is also less.
My mom was shocked she cried came outside and hugged me tight and told. She would arrange money and do anything and find best doctors and get me treated.
